Terms & Conditions

The following is information about our Shipping & Handling Fees, Tax, Payments Accepted, Custom Orders, Payments By Mail and Returns & Cancellation Policy.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

All orders will be shipped after money has cleared. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for credit card and PayPal orders to clear and the shippment of your items. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for check orders to clear and the shippment of your items. For Special/Custom Orders, please allow 4 to 6 Months for your shippement to be sent out.

All shipping and handling charges are added at the time of check out & Custom Orders are included with your quote. All brooms/besoms are subject to oversized shipping and will ONLY be shipped by UPS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

TAX:

All California residents will be charged 8% sales tax.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express through ProPay Credit Card Services, PayPal, Check (by mail), Cashiers Check (by mail), Money Orders (by mail) and Cash (by mail).

CUSTOM ORDERS:

When buying a Custom Made Broom, you will need to fill out the Custom Made Broom Quote Form to gather all information needed put the broom together. From there you will be sent a quote for the price of the broom by E-Mail first. Your quote will include the following: Broom Amount, Tax (for California residents) and Shipping and Handling Fees. You will also receive information about payment options.

Custom Made Charges: There will be 2 charges, the first charge is for 50% of the Sub-Total (which is the broom amount and Tax, if it applies). The second charge is for the other 50% of the Sub-Total and the shipping and handling fees. You also have an opition to pay the entire Sub-Total up front and then pay the shipping and handling fees when the broom is ready to ship.

Please allow 4 to 6 Months for your custom broom. Anything under 4 months will be considered a RUSH JOB and a RUSH FEE of $100.00 will be applied to your quote!!. The amount of time put into a custom made broom depends on the legth of the handle and how many flowers are being used. Lirica is the type of person, that the broom has to be perfect. PAYMENTS BY MAIL:

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover!) Checks, Cashier Checks and Money Orders. Please go to our printable Order Form to mail payments.

Checks which are returned NSF (non sufficient funds) are subject to a $50.00 charge and payment must be made by certified check or money order. All Future orders will be on a prepaid basis with a credit card, cashiers check or money order.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may return your poduct for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, except for Custom Orders. There are NO refunds on shipping & handling fees. You can Cancel your order within 10 days from the date of purchase, if it hasn't already been shipped. There is a restocking fee of $5.00 for all Returns and Cancellations.

Our refund policy on "Custom Orders" is as follows: All money may be refunded if materials haven't been purchased. If materials have been purchased, then you will be charged for the materials that were purchased to make the broom. Materials can include but are not limited to: Ribbon(s), Flowers, Straw, BroomCorn, Hemp Cord, Labor spent on preparing the wood and more.
