The following is information about payment options and how our shopping cart works. **ALL PAYMENTS ARE SECURE WITH SSL ENCRYPTION (except payments made by mail). The company we use for our shopping cart is HACKER TESTED DAILY!!

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express through ProPay Credit Card Services, PayPal, Check (by mail), Cashiers Check (by mail), Money Orders (by mail) and Cash (by mail).

SHOPPING CART INFORMATION:

When you find an item you would like to purchase, just click the "Add To Cart" button. This will take you to your shopping cart page. If you want to add more items to your shopping cart, then click "Continue Shopping" button. After you add an item to your shopping cart it should automaticly update your total. If it doesn't update the total automaticly (it should) then click the "Recalculate" button.

If you are finished then go down to the "add comments" box. If you have a comment then add it to the box. If you have a voucher # (coupon), then place it in the voucher box. You will now need to click the "Recalculate" button. This will calculate the discount automaticly for you (NOTE: if you don't add a number to the voucher box, you don't need to click the "Recalculate" button). Now click on the "Go To Payments" button.

After you click the "Go To Payments" button, it will take you to the next page, where it will ask you for your billing and shipping information. Fill out this information (NOTE: everything in BOLD type is required). At the bottom of the page is a small box. This box is optional. Checking this will allow the shopping cart to save your information, saving you time the next time you make a purchase with us. Your information WILL NOT be used for anything else. Then click the "Continue" button. This will take you to the next page, where you need to check to make sure that all your billing and/or shipping information is correct (if it's wrong, then click the back button on your browser, change the information and click the "Continue" button), if everything is correct, then choose your payment type, Credit Card or PayPal. Then click the "Continue" button.

If you choose the credit card option, you will be taken to another page, where you will need to fill out all the credit card information that is needed to process and complete your order (NOTE: everything in BOLD type is required). When you have filled everything out and made sure everything is correct, click the "Continue" button. You will then be taken to the next page, where you will have a message that your order has been completed, along with your order number. Make sure you print this page for your records. An email will be sent to you as well.

If you choose the PayPal option, you will be taken to paypal, where you will need to logon to your paypal account. After you have logged on to your account, just follow the payment steps that are needed to process and complete your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

When buying a custom made broom, you will need to fill out the Custom Made Broom Quote Form to put the broom together. From there you will be sent a quote for the price of the broom by E-Mail first. Your quote will include the following: broom Amount, Tax (for California residents) and SHIPPING & HANDLING fees. You will also receive information about payment options. There will be 2 charges (unless you are willing to pay the entire Sub-Total upfront and then the shipping charges will be charged before the broom is shipped). When paying the entire sub-total and materials have been purchased, then you will only receive money back minus the material amount. If no materials have been purchased, then you will receive a full refund. The first charge is for 50% of the Sub-Total (this does not include the shipping and the sub-total is a non-refundable deposit if materials have been purchased (if materials have been purchased and the amount you paid is over the amount of materials, then you will receive the difference). The second charge is for the other 50% of the Sub-Total and the shipping and handling fees. You can pay for your custom order by: Credit Card (visa, mastercard, american express or discover not with paypal), PayPal (visa, mastercard, discover, american express or echeck), Regular Check (by mail), Money Order (by mail), Cashiers Check (by mail) and cash (by mail).

Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for your broom to be put together and to ship the broom. The amount of time to put the custom made broom together depends on the legth of the handle and how many flowers are being used. Lirica is the type of person that the broom has to be perfect. PAYMENTS BY MAIL:

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover!) Checks, Cash, Cashier Checks and Money Orders. Please go to our printable Order Form to mail payments.

Checks which are returned NSF are subject to a $25.00 charge and payment must be made by certified check or money order. All Future orders will be on a prepaid basis with a credit card, cashiers check or money order.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may return your poduct for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, except for Custom Orders. You can Cancel your order within 10 days from the date of purchase, if it hasn't already been shipped. There is a restocking fee of $10.00 for all Returns and Cancellations.

Our refund policy on Custom Orders is as follows: All money may be refunded if materials haven't been purchased. If materials have been purchased, then you will be charged for the materials that were purchased to make the broom. (Materials can include but are not limited to: Ribbon(s), Flowers, Straw, BroomCorn, Hemp Cord, Labor spent on preparing the wood and more.>
