Custom Made Handfasting Broom (Besom) - August 13, 2006 - (taken from quote form, event date August 09, 2008, but inscription date April 21, 2004) - "Yes, I know we're not having our handfasting for quite some time, but with a little one running around we're trying to do as much information gathering as possible so there is less stress before hand. I was hoping that you would be able to create a bow out of the ribbon like I saw in one of the pictures but without the flowers and straw fanning out the way that particular one did. I appreicate your help and I do have to say that your brooms are the most beautiful ones I was able to find." C. Nemec, Ft. Walton Beach, FL.
August 14, 2006 "I just received your form and I wanted to double check a couple of things you had on the form. In the inscription part you put your names with April 21, 2006. Is this right? The picture of the broom with the bow that the straw and flowers fan out is because it is a flat broom and not a round broom. All custom brooms are round and not flat. I don't do the flat brooms any more. Do you want just a bow without tails or do you want a bow with tails? The tails are the pieces of ribbon that come down the broom from the bow. (in the picture of the flat broom there is a tail down the center and there are 2 small tails on both sides.) On the cherry wood, I have 2 piees that are not very big around, about an inch and a half (1 1/2") wide, but it is the length you want. Is this okay with you or would you like to pick a different wood? (if you want a different wood I have: California Elm, Cottonwood, Mermosa, Sycamore, White Mulberry or Cork Screw Willow.) As soon as I hear from you I will finish the quote and get it out to you." Lirica

The only thing is, the actural ceramony isn't for a while so I'm not in a huge hurry for the broom and with school starting this month and the cost of books I wouldn't acturally be able to make the first payment until September. January 1, 2009 (taken from quote form, event date changed to April 2009) "Hello, I was hoping that you might still have some of the mulberry that was charged, if you don't we would like the elm wood unless the grapevine becomes available before the wedding (that's the one my husband really liked). Also, I didn't see an option for satin flowers on the order form but I liked the silver satin flowers (FL-SLV) in the examples. Is there any way we can have that in the center of whatever bow is tied in the large ribbon? On another note. My husband and I were excited (and curious) to see our previous inquiry on your website. February 26, 2009 (New quote was sent.) "Also, do you want the wood burned pentacle with your inscription (front or back)? Or do you want it on the front of the broom? Do you want the current date, first date or no date under your inscription? I have attached a picture of the flowers with the leaves. Let me know if you want anything changed." Lirica

For the inscriptions, we want them on the front of the broom and the pentacle right above the words. Also for the date we want our actual wedding date wich is 4/21/2004. I'm going to put the first payment in the mail today so you should have it by next friday at the very latest. Also I think I'll go with UPS ground if I can.
